BILLETS AND BLOOMS HANDLING
- High performance magnetic force
- The surface of billets or blooms to be lifted up is not flat and normally is uneven. The air gap between the each billet and bloom pieces and unevenness of the product may disturb the effect of magnetic force to attract the object. Our high performance magnets can work even for these irregular surface of the products.
- The movable magnetic poles integrated in the magnet body
- The movable magnetic poles integrated in the magnet body are designed to absorb the air gap and unevenness of the product surface to be lifted. These poles can move in and out to fill the air gap by attracting the products upwards. Even if there is considerable air gap and unevenness on the surface, speedy and safe handling of the products can be materialized.
- Simple structure, robust and light magnet body
- The intergrated movable magnetic poles allows simple structure and lighter magnet body, contributiong to lower operational cost. And the coil using aluminium wire results in lighter weight also as well as enhanced durability .

For longer length billets
The LMR series are designed for the handling of longer length billets and blooms which has larger bents or warp. With more powerful magnetic force, the longer product can also be carried speedy, yet safe and stable. Carefully designed magnet body can optimaize deepest magnetic flux into carrying objects even with limited area for attraction on billets and bloom surface.
