SLAB HANDLING
The LMCS and LME series are designed for handling the massive iron such as ingot, slab and very-thick steel plate.
These lifting magnets can lift and carry much heavier materials than itself, even with high-tempature up to 600 ℃.
Application varies for ingots re-positioning or transportation in the steelmaking yard , Slab Inspection and surface arrangement in the distribution yard and carrying into heating furnaces.
- Powerful lifting even for massive iron
- Magnet flux can penetrate into massive irons easily compared with other iron or steel products. We designed LMCS/LME series to realize the most suitable magnet flux and power for ensured lifting capacity with less power consumption.
- Easy operation
- 2-stage (On-Off) lever operation in our controller can make the operation simple and secure especially for handling thick slab.
- Suitable for checking surface of slabs
- LME series can be used not only for grapping and handling but also for turning a massive slab over for checking its surface quickly, and safely.
