Sinfonia Technology Co., Ltd. will launch the world's smallest and lightest dye-sublimation photo printer to the world wide markets from March 2012.
Sinfonia Technology is one of the leading manufacturer for dye-sublimation photo printer in the world in which high speed and high print quality are required as business printing field.
This new printer is called "Color Stream CS2" (model no. CHC-S6145) and the world's smallest and lightest photo printer, keeping the currently excellent print quality and product features like print speed, etc.
The print volume in one roll of the consumables is reduced from the current model so that the printer main body could be designed as small as possible. To design the printer, these points like reducing number of parts, parts downsized, thinner for plate parts, increasing plastic parts, etc., are considered substantially.
As a result, the size of the printer could be reduced for 60% and the weight could be reduced for 50% from the current model so that the printer is much smaller, lighter, and more compact.
Also, the specification for the power consumption is extremely improved, and the actual consumption in waiting position for this printer is 1/10 compared with the current model.
It is much easier to carry to any places and to put anywhere, so this printer is a breakthrough printer in all aspects.
The compact design enables any customers to use in ID photo system, mini Kiosk, mini ID booth, event photo, amusement and theme park photo, etc., and this printer is best for these purposes.
In addition, the price will be lower than the current printer, so this printer is expect to be sold in any emerging countries as well as Europe and the US.
This Color Stream CS2 (CHC-S6145) will be displayed in PMA 2012 show which is held in Las Vegas, CA, from January 10 to 13.
